The virtual event this year will be a simplified social gathering with a few games or activities. We will use the Zoom format. You can download Zoom before hand, register with them for free to access it through your account or as a guest. You might want to look at some tutorials online if you have not used it before.
On Sunday before the event we will publish the Expo Zoom link here. That will take you to our waiting room where the host will approve you for entry into the main room. A risk with a public posting of the link is non attendees may stumble on it and try to come into the Chat Room to create havoc. The Waiting Room should prevent this as people registered for the event are approved to enter the main room.
Attending the virtual event is free with the purchase of the event piece. If you wish to only attend the event there is a $25 cover fee that needs to be paid in advance by calling or texting Brenda at 801-554-3989.
